James A Lightner II, 54 of Washington, PA passed away on Tuesday August 22, 2023, at his home. Born December 28, 1968, in Ohio, son of the late James A. and Patricia (Pepcock) Lightner. Brother of Angela Elsbury and Patricia Ann (Charles) Huffman. Uncle of Amanda Huffman, Charles A (Allison) Huffman II and Jessica Huffman, great uncle of Seavin and Brittany Huffman.
