Richard H. Welling, 63 of West Newton, Formerly of Pittsburgh passed on Tuesday March 19, 2013. Born February 4, 1950 in Pittsburgh, son of the late Harry O. and Irene (Harshman) Welling. Husband of the late Sandra J. (Campbell) Welling, father of Sandra (Robert) Zukowski of Pittsburgh, Richard, Robert, Jonathan, Joshua and Karen Welling of West Newton. Richard was a contractor.
