Rev. Gladys Marie (Brice) Booker, 78 of Monongahela went home to be with the Lord on Saturday December 23, 2023 at Canonsburg Hospital. Born October 30, 1945 in Marianna, PA, daughter of the late Arthur Edward and Mary (Herndon) Brice. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Emily Harris, Amy Burgess, Shirley Brice, and Maryann Brewer,  She is survived by her former husband Robert Booker Sr., her children Robert Booker Jr. and Arthur E. Brice, both of Monongahela, David R. (Nidia) Brice of Philadelphia, PA and Nicholle Lynn Brice of Las Vegas, NV; her grandchildren: Robert Isaiah Lewis Booker, Alyssa Marie Hine, David Russell Brice Jr. and Angel Brice; her great grandchildren; her sisters; Carol (Richard) Hatcher and Karen Faison; also a host of nieces, nephews and cousins also survive. Gladys worked as a Phys Ed Teacher at Washington High School and for Corning Glass in Charleroi. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday January 6, 2024 at 12:00 PM at the New Beginnings Church of God Of Prophecy at 411 Fourth Avenue, New Eagle PA 15067.
