Ralph S. Bowen, 42 of Monongahela passed on Thursday December 12, 2019 at Monongahela Valley Hospital.  Born July 20, 1977 in New Eagle, son of the late Charles and Alice (Sands) Bowen; Brother of Jason (Sabrina) Bowen and Alice Bowen, Both of Monongahela; several nieces and nephews also survive.
