Joseph L. Radabaugh, 41 of Donora on Friday October 10, 2008 at Mercy Hospital,  Pittsburgh. Born April 26, 1967 in Landstuhl, Germany, the son of James A. and Marian D. (Carr) Radabaugh, of Donora,  In addition to his parents surviving are his sisters,  Brenda Frye of Donora, Cynthia M. (Bill) Ryan of Charleroi, and Jackie Radabaugh of San Antonio, Tx. and several nieces and nephews.  Preceded in death by a brother James A. Radabaugh Jr.  Joe was a veteran having served in the US Army. Services are private and burial will be in the National Cemetery of  the Alleghenies.  Arrangements announced by the William A.
