Joseph L. Campbell, 71 of Belle Vernon, passed away on Friday July 3, 2026 at Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh. He was born July 20, 1954 in Uniontown, son of the late Ira B. and Mary L. (Salvi) Campbell. He is survived by his sons Andrew, Justin and Joseph Jr. other extended family also survive. Services are private. Announcement by the William A. Bautz Funeral Home of New Eagle.
