Jerry T. Maglaya, 73, of Washington passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday December 17, 2019. Born April 12, 1946 in Lakeport, CA. One of the Elders of Habematolel Pomo of UpperLake Tribe. Son of the late Teller and Opal (Augustine) Maglaya; husband of Barbara (Osko) Maglaya; brother of the late Madeline Maglaya; uncle of Anthony, Angelina and Carlos Arroyo; great uncle to Jordan Arroyo, Ashley Arroyo, Dustin Thaxton, Wesley Thaxton, Anthony Arroyo Jr., Jessica Arroyo, Jay Arroyo, Kai Young and Madeline Young; brother in law of Don (Amy) Osko.
