Donna M. Phillips Anthony, 60, of Clairton passed away Wednesday, Sept. 16, 2015. Born Oct. 2, 1954, in Pittsburgh, she was the daughter of the late Dorothy (Wiecorek) Fehl; beloved wife of John "Pete" Anthony of Clairton; mother of Denny (Karen) Phillips of Austin Texas; grandmother of Wyatt; stepmother of Brian (Melissa) Anthony and Laura (Bob) Burgess; stepgrandmother of Hallie, Hannah, Nathaniel, Summer, Shaina, Brennan and Ravin. Donna was an appeals clerk for the Pennsylvania Department of State. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 19, 2015, at the Crossroads Church of Christ, 236 Thomas Road, McMurray, PA 15317. Announcement by WILLIAM A.
