Bernard A. Kalchthaler, 64, of Fallowfield Township passed on Tuesday May 9, 2017 at his home. Born September 22, 1952 in Pittsburgh, son of the late Robert and Edith (Holzer) Kalchthaler. Beloved husband of the late Susan I. (Mead) Kalchthaler, father of Danielle (William) Walker of Fayettesville, NC, & Pamela (Gary) Molnar of Charleroi; Grandfather of Dylan, Alexis and Marcus Molnar and William Jr. and Vanessa Walker; brother of Robert, Mark, Richard, Roy, Kevin, Carol, Mary and Gretchen. Bernie was a steelworker and enjoyed traveling with his wife Susan. A blessing service will be held at the William A. Bautz Funeral Home, 139 Main St. New Eagle (724-258-8190) on Monday at 10:00 AM with Rev. William R. Terza as celebrant. Inurnment will be private.
