Alma (McElwee) Sapp, 83 of Charleroi passed on Saturday March 16, 2024 at Mercy Hospital, Pittsburgh. Born June 3, 1940 in Robinson, PA, daughter of the late Jesse and Josephine (McAdams) McElwee. Beloved wife of the late William Sapp. In addition to her parents and husband; she was preceded in death by her daughter Dianna Burgan, sons, Joseph and William Jay Sapp, her great grandson Axel Raymond; sisters; Vernice Gamble, Mary Jane McElwee, Hazel Erma McElwee, Darlene Fleming, and Louise McElwee and brothers Kenneth and Charles McElwee. She is survived by her children, Steven Sapp of Charleroi Richard (Pam) Sapp of Monessen, her grandchildren Robin Burgan, James Burgan Jr., Samantha Lorenz, Travis Sapp, Casandra Sapp, Jenny Sapp and Ambra Sapp, great grandchildren; William, Madalynn and Mason Burgan, Sierra, Serena, Savanna, Sofia, Wyatt Fordyce, Nina McCabe, Natalie Sapp and Tony Santoro, Shakia Richards, and Malani Wentzell, her great-granddaughter Chloe Raymond, her sister Ethel Queer, many nieces and nephews, a step-son Fred Weber, a son-in-law James Burgan and a daughter-in-law Dawn Sapp. Visitation at William A. Bautz Funeral Home 139 Main St. New Eagle (724-258-8190) on Wednesday from 5-7 PM. A Committal Service will be held at Mon Valley Memorial Park Chapel on Thursday at 11:00 AM.
