Amber Jean Owen, 34 of Charleroi passed on Wednesday August 1, 2018. Born October 11, 1983 in Loma Linda, CA, daughter of Linda Morgan Newstrom of Charleroi and the late Herbert G. Owen; sister of Chad Owen of CA, Crystal Yocalano of Charleroi, PA and Jeffrey Newstrom Jr. of Masontown. Granddaughter of Dalton Lee and Barbara Jean (Dalton) Morgan and the late Herbert and Patsy Owen; step-daughter of Jason Borodaty and Jeffrey Newstrom Sr. Amber was a daughter, sister, niece, granddaughter and aunt. She was a caregiver and will be sadly missed by her family and friends. A memorial service will be held at the William A. Bautz Funeral Home, 139 Main St. New Eagle (724-258-8190) on Tuesday August 7 at 6:00 PM. Family suggest that donations be made to the funeral home for the assistance of the family.
